During the holidays there may be delays.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. Since items cannot be resold, for this reason ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.
Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted, therefore changes may not be made to your order, which includes cancelations.

Allow 6-10 business days via UPS Priority mail shipping.
We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. You must use a physical address. Additional fees may apply. Certain countries place a tax on orders that enter from other countries, and as the buyer you are responsible for that fee. There may be additional fees before you are able to pick up your package. Also when your package is being held by customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect your items.

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages and you will not receive a refund. Packages that are lost or stolen will not be replaced.
It is necessary to purchase insurance for your packages in case it is lost or stolen. Doing so will allow us to make a claim with the post office if your items are missing.
Each order will come with a tracking number and may be tracked by typing in your tracking number or clicking the link that will be sent to you.
