1.If I purchase my hair today when will I receive my hair?

FGHC uses the pre-order system, which means we do not keep hair on hand. It takes about 3-5 business days for processing. After processing your order will be shipped. Orders will ship within 3-7 business days. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days. During Major Sales and Promotions, orders may take up to 10 business days or more for orders to process. During major holidays, processing times for wigs can take longer. Orders are not processed on weekends and/or major holidays. All customized wigs will take 10-15 business days.

 

2. If I make a purchase can I pick up my order locally?

Currently Local pick up is unavailable. 

 

3. Where does the hair come from?

Our hair is sourced from a few different countries such as; China, South East Asia, and Cambodia.

 

4. Can I bleach, color, or put heat on the hair?

Yes!

 

5. Can I send my hair in for wig customization?

Unfortunately at this time this is not a service that we offer.

 

6. How do I determine my cap size?

To determine your cap size you will need to measure the circumference of your head with a tape measure. Most heads are between (21.5-22.5 inches).

 

7. Are your wigs glue less?

Yes they are! All customized wigs come with an attached elastic band.

 

8.I ordered my wig too big or too small what can I do?

Unfortunately all wigs are non refundable and we do not offer exchanges. We recommend that you measure your head with a measuring tape before making a purchase going forward.

 

9. Can I call in and place my order?

 All orders must be placed online.

 

10. If I purchase a customized wig how long will it take to receive my order?

Customized wigs may take 10-15 business days or more to receive your order, which includes processing and shipping.
